I have never experience anything like this complex in my life. The trash ridicious,I tell people to use the second entrance because not only the smell but its all over the place. Dont move here !

    LIE IAM A PROSPECTIVE TENANT NEVER SAW THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BETTER LOOKING PROPERTY IN NORCROSS I HAVE SEEN AND I HAVE SEEN A LOT THE BUILDING IS MUCH NEWER AND CLEAN WITH AMBIENCE ON THE OUTSIDE
    WHY ARE U ANONYMOUS IF U WERE A REAL TENANT SEEMS U ARE A COMPETITOR
    JUST GOT TO PUT IT OUT THERE SEE FOR YOURSELF

    Amen! & they have the Worse maintenance. The community is nice and the people in the office seem nice. Just pray you never have a maintenance issue because it will never get fixed. I'm going on 5 months with the same maintenance issues. The head maintenance guy will tell you ever time he sees you that he coming to fix whatever it is and never does then come up with every excuse in the book why. I'm so ready to move. And watch when I get ready to move they are going to blame me for the maintenance issues that were never fixed when I moved in!
