The retreat at arc way is one worst apartments I ever lived in cause the manager Michelle is ignorant. She treats the tenants like they are stupid, she brings her thug boyfriend to your door to intimidate the tenants. She speaks to people like she is better they are. The roaches own the apartments and they are not going anywhere. Michelle thinks people should live with roaches
