Apartment Review for The Retreat At Arc Way

DONT move in these apartments...Management is rude & continously hide problems in the units no matter how much you complain, send letters or call the office. This place needs to be condemned. THere is an infestation problem of roaches, electrical problems in certain buildings as well as gas leaks. These apartments are very close to being unlivable. There is mildew throughout the units as well. The maintenance people work for rent, so they half do jobs & patchwork thats horrible. They look like crack heads with no teeth & never look like presentable workers. The turnover rate in the office is TERRIBLE. During the time I lived there there were several breakins, shootings, fights & looters.... this is the worst place to live in Norcross.....and manager Michelle is the ringleader of this whole ******** management company. Im just waiting for this place to go under.
