Apartment Review for The Retreat At Arc Way

YOu have to be nuts to live there...well I guess i'm nuts ..
We are trying to get out of this place , the health department should shut it down . They should loose the business license...
Whomever that thinking about coming here....PLEASE DON'T!! I've don my good deed for toady.. turning away good people.
If you don't mind the drug traffic, cats ,dogs, mouse size roaches, rude mgmt, maint. help you can't trust to fix something while you are not home- you been warned.
