The customer service was very excellent and my point of contact was Quincy who went above and beyond as far as showing me the apartments that was available and explaining the amenties and what special they were offering.The manager Michelle also went out of her way to make me feel at home and at ease about making The Retreat at Arc Way my next home. 5stars

Quincy is a sweetheart and very professional but they pulled him to corrected the lack of professionalism that Michele and Jessica both share.
