Apartment Review for The Retreat At Arc Way

Wow! I have read all 17 reviews on this place and it is sad that they have such a horrible reputation. I was only there one year and that was way too long! With in that year I had the apartment above me flooded my laundry room and maintenance half patched up the ceiling. The furnace and water heaters are all outdated. I could not take the mold around the windows and the few roaches I did see. Even the exterminator looked shady. I had my door kicked in and management seriously thought it was somebody I knew (for real!) I was there and the potential robber was shocked that I met his *** at the door! I honestly felt like I had moved into the projects after staying there. The name is very misleading because in the Bible Noah's Ark was a safe haven for a fresh start, to start over. The Retreat at Arc Way is a nightmare from ****! Gwinnett County Housing Authority needs to seriously re-evaluate this place and shut it down! It's bad. The tenants that still reside there really need to start a tenant's association and report this property to the Better Business Bureau and the Housing Commissioner. The bottom line is you are a paying tenant and you do have rights.
