I have seen this community go back down the drain in a matter of months. When this neighborhood was called NorthGlen it had a problem with crime because of all the section 8 tenants that do not care about how the property looks or watching their children. For 2 years I have lived here with no problem. Since this new company has taken over (Ventron) they have raised the rents, refuse to complete work orders unless the Health dept is coming out, and allow the trash to pile up for days at a time. Sometimes the trash is nearly in the street. I am moving as soon as possible. If you value your home safety DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Amen! & they have the Worse maintenance. The community is nice and the people in the office seem nice. Just pray you never have a maintenance issue because it will never get fixed. I'm going on 5 months with the same maintenance issues. The head maintenance guy will tell you ever time he sees you that he coming to fix whatever it is and never does then come up with every excuse in the book why. I'm so ready to move. And watch when I get ready to move they are going to blame me for the maintenance issues that were never fixed when I moved in!
