Terrible community the managenement is bad the manager Michelle which is dingy dumb is dumb and then you have the assistant manager Marley or Marla what ever her name is she GOOFY AS ALL OUT DOORS she dont know nothing maitenance running around and riding like they know what they doing its horrible bad place to live and move to i been here 3 months and im leaveing they are ghetto as **** in the office especially the manager michelle she dont know how to talk to you at all.what a nasty place to live omg dont be behind on your rent i mean 1 dollar she running around just like a hood rat on crack you should see her in action putting notices on your door wow what a goofy mess living here. dont do it stay away

Amen! & they have the Worse maintenance. The community is nice and the people in the office seem nice. Just pray you never have a maintenance issue because it will never get fixed. I'm going on 5 months with the same maintenance issues. The head maintenance guy will tell you ever time he sees you that he coming to fix whatever it is and never does then come up with every excuse in the book why. I'm so ready to move. And watch when I get ready to move they are going to blame me for the maintenance issues that were never fixed when I moved in!
