THE RETREAT IS ONE OF THE BETTER AFFORDABLE 3 BEDROOM PROPERTIES IN GWINNETT COUNTY. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM KEEPS IN CONTACT WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ATTENDED TO. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE LIVING AT THE RETREAT.

The staff at the Retreat gave me the opportunity when no one else would. They have the most caring sympethetic staff that I have ever met. I love my apartment. I appreciate everything that the Retreat has done for me and my family. I really hope that I am able to live here for many years.

This place has changed since the new management took over. I have lived here for 4 years and things didn't start improving until the new management came in. I just recently transfered to a larger apartment and it it way nicer than what the previous management was doing. Michelle is a good manager. She is outside more than the manager before and takes good care of the children and residents. I think everyone should come in and form your own opinion. Of course if you don't pay your rent they will come after you. You can't live anywhere for free. Give the Retreat at Arc Way a chance and the office staff too.

The customer service was very excellent and my point of contact was Quincy who went above and beyond as far as showing me the apartments that was available and explaining the amenties and what special they were offering.The manager Michelle also went out of her way to make me feel at home and at ease about making The Retreat at Arc Way my next home. 5stars

I lived at Retreat @Arc Way for 4yrs and in that time they have had at least 4 different mgt teams and we would find out after the fact that there was new office staff. To make a long story short I have been trying to move out of there since my 1st year but everytime I would give my notice I was told "oh you missed your deadline" (now keep in mind I always asked an office staffer when I had to have my notice in by. So now it was 2011 and this x I was not going to be stuck here so I went to Ann (she was fired shortly after)in June she tld me I had to give a 60 day notice so I did. Come July I went to the office (because they never answer the phone at all)to straighten out a rent problem and I spoke w jessica who replaced Ann and she said No you have to give a 90 day notice so you cant move until the end of October.I said why when my lease w the last mgt team(mind u i have never signed a lease w Michelle and them)clearly states it ends Sept 11 2011 @12noon the bottom line is I said ok I will stay until the end of Oct and then I am moving I will not be signing a new lease with you people. Ok i stayed 10 days into Nov 2011 I just got some letter from some collection office on behalf of Retreat that I owe them almost 3,000 if I owe them anything its for 10 days of rent and nothing more the office new i was moving the workers new i was not signing a new lease because they would come to my house and ask me are you going to sign. Heres the deal I can't speak for everyone that lives there but I will speak for myself and I never really had a problem with any of the office staff (except for the fact that they changed out over night all the time) until this bogus I owe them $3,000 thing Michelle watched me move out No I was not evicted (but this is what they tld the collections dept)and the only thing I owe them is 10 days of rent for Nov 2011 So please you have to really watch them I find them to be very dishonest people and I will see them in court before I pay a dime past the 10 days of rent that I owe.

They're constantly going up on the rent and they're not doing anything to make improvements to equal out the rent increase. Break ins are off the chain. Security is a straight up JOKE..! The manager who's name is Michelle, is rude as the day is long. She keeps harassing tenants who have been living there way before she even got that job about what they need to remove from they're patio or else she threatens to fine them for non compliance. Maintenance is another joke in itself. They look like day laborers from Moreland Avenue just working long enough to make enough money for another drug fix.....DON'T TRUST THEM IN YOUR APARTMENT BY THEMSELVES.

First off, when I moved in I was suppose to get a new stove. I went without a stove for almost a month. The apartment smelled like gas. It took for me to call a lawyer to have them to fix everything in the apartment. The management is not professional they will lie to you in a heart beat. Michelle the property manager thinks she can talk to you any kind of way. It took for me to get in that ***** face and literally threaten her to let her I know I know all her little scaming that she does. Her seceurity is her weak azz boyfriend. Ladies if you have kids and You work hard for yours... DO NOT COME STAY HERE. IT TOOK GWINNETT CTY POLICE TO TELL ME I NEED TO LEAVE AND I DONT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THEIR ****. POINT BLANK DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have been without air and heat in one of my bedrooms. There's an electricity problem now for over 2 months. I have loss food because the fridge keeps going out. They will not reimburse me for the food lost, I can't stay a night away from the house because I have to babysit the electricity in case I have to call the emergency maintanace team when it goes out. Maybe the worse is that the management company that is listed is not really the management company (Ventron. Check it out for yourself! I was told that Ventron is only the accounting company once I finally got through to their number. I was told that there is no management company. The office Manager is nice nasty, immaturem, unprofessional and lacks integrity.

How many times do I have to call the office and the roaches in apt and the big a-- water bugs in the breeze way. Not to mention the Fred Sanford truck in the parking lot with everything AND the kitchen sink on it that been sitting there for the year and a half that I've been here! And dont forget the BBQ for sale in the parking lot on the weekends! what a riot!

I love the location an dmy apartment. No roaches!!!! thank god, my neighbors are very nice. I dot really care for the staff, they look at me like I'm a rob the place just everytime I go to pay my rent, and I always pay early. The staff changed and these new people act so paranoid. I dont mind living here another year but the staff make me feel very uncomfortable. I miss the old staff. Bt overall it great, just some teens, but overall a nice quiet place to live and a secluded location is nice.

I think this is a great place to live. It is really secluded and quiet. I chose this location because it was right off of the interstate but not in a high traffic area. The apartments are very well kept and have great prices.

I have never experience anything like this complex in my life. The trash ridicious,I tell people to use the second entrance because not only the smell but its all over the place. Dont move here !
