Rating could have been a five...Good buy except for: Utilities includes your trash removal at dumpster, water for entire property is prorated and not according to your personal use. Pool, Grounds watering are all paid for by tenants. AND NOW: Mandatory VALET trash hauling, five nights a week, one small container, no extra bag allowed, container back into apartments each night. Getting rammed down tenants throats. Management staff has a few holes in it, but maintenance has been improved and is good to excellent now.
