Review for Park Place Apartments

As I sit here and type this my apartment is currently flooding and maitnance and the office staff could care less!! It started as a slow leak three day ago, I informed the office and the maitnance guy came and put a hole in the wall. His repair was to stuff a towel in there and leave a mess on the floor. He promised he would have it fixed the next day, now it is a steady stream the carpet is soaked all the way through and I am stuck trying to move my stuff to areas it won't get wet. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with mediocre maitnance service either. When I moved in the tiles in the tub were tore out, the maitnance guy called me daily to let me know he was on his way to Home Depot and he would be over to fix it. Three weeks later he fixed it and left me with a beautiful mess to clean up. The complex is fairly nice for the area since there isn't much to choose from, but they don't care about the property. I would not recommend staying here there are so many other cheaper apartments around, I won't renew my lease.
