Low income housing run surprisingly efficiently by an extremely competent and friendly husband and wife team. Maintanance issues are handled quickly and properly. Noise between apartments is rarely an issue due to firewalls but nearby complexes have loud dogs or occasional booming music. There is ample parking, but sometimes the back lot near our apartment floods an inch or so when it rains (they are currently fixing this though). We were not able to see the unit before the day we moved in (but of course we were given a tour before we signed any paperwork), since it is high demand housing. However, we were impressed with size and upkeep. Units are painted and any problems are fixed before new tenants move in (better than some much more expensive apartments I've lived in). Truly great place to live!

please i want to see check for room large either small another bathroom ,kicthen, livingroom.but i think not yet feels so soon well a trying hope make sure clean a paint that to better could be doing fine looking a important reward of opinon while right them. i am deaf myself a nation nice woman very quiet that a sign language as fast as adveristing your lipspeaking a watch okay ! i can do visitor apartment check up would been a moving pan for waiting handle called her handle throught its.i tell so thank you!
