we lived here going on 6 years. the office staff and manager are extremely professional and very helpful. Yes they are strict about noise, trash, and unruly tenants. This is why it is a very quiet, peaceful place. The price is right and exceeds any other in this price range. We fully intend to resign another years lease, and will stay as long as it stays just the way it is. In other reviews you may read about the office staff being rude and unprofessional, but its not true. If it weren't for Joanne the office manager and Michelle the assistant manager, this place wouldn't be as good as it is. As far as maintenance goes, we haven't had any issues with getting things fixed, they know what they are doing and act professionally. We highly recommend renting here.
