Apartment Reviews for Calibre Lake - Smyrna

I moved here 2 years ago after graduating from school for a job. The place is great because I am so close to everything. It takes about 20 minutes to get everywhere, even in Atlanta traffic. <P>

I lived here for a year and a half and moved out to help a sick family member. I miss the peace and quiet. I used to walk my dogs around the lake and I had a couple of other neighbors with dogs and it was just really nice. Also, the management is great; they put a balloon on my door for my birthday. They always greeted me by name and anytime I requested maintenance, it was done quickly. Another nice thing is the gate. It seems to keep away a lot of solicitors; rarely did I get those junk mail/restaurant fliers on my door. <P>

Calibre Lake Apartments is an excellent environment for all ages. It is quite and clean. All neighbors are friendly and respectful. The management staff is great! They know my family by name and they expeditiously handle any complaint or concern I may have. Maintenance is very respectful and timely. It is a great place to live! <P>

I moved into Calibre Lake last fall and I love it. It's a good value for my money and it's very wooded and peaceful. The office staff and maintenance staff are nice. They always say hello or wave when you see them. It's convenient to the freeways and you don't have to travel far to go shopping.
