This is a cool place to live. I have a pet too but dont mind paying the extra $15 to have him. I mean, he's like family! I just think its great that they allow pets anyway because almost everywhere I went in Statesboro didnt. I ended up siging a lease here because my roommate found it, but I will probably stay here for next year too. I havent had any problems and all of the staff are nice.

The only thing I did not like about this complex was the higher price and the additional $15 a month charge for a pet. It was safe, clean, and they fixed things when you asked. Good place to live.
