Villas at Hannover are some nice apartments but the Management is awful. If by some reason you choose to live there make sure that you go with them to do your move in inspection and check everything before you sign it. Once you move out it is mandatory that you have your carpet professionally cleaned.(they don't tell you this in the beginning) If I had known that I would have never moved in there considering the amount I paid for rent. You pay them high rent for 12 months and they expect you to clean the carpet for the next person to stay live there. I would not recommend no one to move there no matter how nice they look. You will only be angry when it's time to move out because you would have figured out that you have been ripped out and by that time it will be too late.

I'm glad that I chose to live here! The staff is so friendly and has helped with my requests real fast. They brought in someone to play a karoke night...and then gave out free beer and liquor! I got a great price and my apartment looked wonderful when I moved in. It took a long time to fill out the paperwork, but it was worth it.

I find the Villas at Hannover a great place to live. It's close to just about everything and the staff is one of the best around the area. The office staff are always nice and the maintenance guys take care of everything. I love the two pools and this apartment feels like a real home.

Poor Management. Rent increases by approximately $50 each year. Highly overrated. Management has failed to address several issues, including dog's urining on my patio from upstairs. We've also received several notices from management about car thefts and break-ins.

The managmeent team at Villas of Hannover is absolutely horrible. My wife and lived there 3 months and we can honestly say from the beginning to the end was not a good experience. Before I begin, let me say the apartment complex is nice, good location, and very roomy, but here is where they fall off...
1. We asked for a vanity in the bath, it took the mgm't team over a month to have the vanity put in the bathroom.
2. The ice maker in the refrigerator was disfunctional. Went in the and put a service request, and it NEVER got done before or 3 month lease ended.
3. Water Deposit refund - The water deposit is $50.00 and is refundable once they get the remanining balance from the water company. My wife and I moved out 6/4/04, and we are still fighting with them to get our our remaining water deposit back.
The mgm't team is unprofessional when comes down to the residents and non-residents affairs.
