I personally love my community here at Winnstead Apartments. I have lived here for a little over three years and it has been very enjoyable here. The management and the maintence staff are very helpful when you need something fixed or whatever the case maybe they do there best in a timely manner to fix it. All the staff that they have working in our community are so friendly and nice. I would recommend people to stay here! I love it here and my apartment is so spacious and pretty! THANK YOU MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENCE TEAM FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! JM <P>

This is the quietest community I have ever lived in. Everyone is so polite. The staff is always prompt about responding to my needs. The maintence guys are nice and even clean up after themselves. I have never been happier. I plan on living here a very long time.
