Rented: From 2007 To 2008

I love my apartment but hate my neighborhood
Apartment is spacious and very updated
Out side car has been stolen twice in a 7 month period
Other odd burgleries besides car theft which is number one occur from time to time
All could decease if they would keep security but they do not want to pay the patroll men.
