I lived at higland chase forr 1 year and because of that ***** mainly is the reason i didnt re-lease....shes a *****...from the very first day i moved there my family and I went swimming and she came out of the office to tell us we had to get out of the pool because we didnt live there and were trespassing. do you know i had to go get my new lease to show her we did in fact live there. So she was a thorn from day one. You'd think the company would realize that a horrible leasing agent/manager will not bring tenets but push them away...the floor plans are big for the money but theft is an issue. my neigbors apartment was rob

The property manager Cheryl is very unprofessional. She has an attitude as if you owe her your business. I lived at Highland Chase Apartment for 1year. I was never late on my rent. Due to a family emergency I had to terminate my lease. I went to the office to pay my rent in full; therefore, I would not have any problem effecting my credit. She would not come and view my apartment. She wanted me to wait 2hours for a leasing agent to come in to go and do a walk over threw the apartment. The problem that I had with this was she was in the office not doing anything. She was too lazy to view the apartment. She needs to be fired. You would thing with the economy being in this condition, a person being in a management position would be more professional. However, this lady is an old hag and need to work somewhere not dealing with the public.
