Apartment Review for Liberty Landing

I moved in Nov/09. The apt they showed me was nice...then when it was time to move in..the apt i got did not look like the apt that was showed to me..i did my walkin and told them of issues that has yet to be fixed...had been in apt sor 7mons(may) the maintence supervisor didnt even know that my apt had been rented. Call and complained that ac didnt work...they said that the apt didnt have a ac unit and that they order the ac unit, it was 2 weeks later that the ac unit was put in...the ac worked a few days and it didnt work again...called and complained they sayd it need freon...it would be 80 degrees in my house because of their lack of repair and concern my ga power bill was doubling since may and I have been paying a $300 power bill since then and this is Oct. The ac still doesnt work and i complained numerous of times about my stove..finally they said that they were going to replace it but i never got the new stove. I put in a request to have the vented blown out becuse they wasnt blowing air...never showed up...so i pulled out the hallway return vent and to my superprised it was NASTY AS ****! there was so much dust that was about 4inches thick and the lil crawl space was compacted with debris...i pulled out enuff for a trash bag to fill up...for new years eve the residents behind me were shooting recklessly...my neighbors under me smokes weed...traffic in and out their apt all hours of the night...folks sitting in their cars at night with loud music the kids running up and down the stairs all day and night...where the **** is the security guards??? no where...dekalb county police dont even *** there when u call them...maintence takes forever to come and fix issues...but i always see them sitting around doing nothing!!! what the **** am i paying $720 for?? to live in a ******* dump!!! $720 is not worth it here...the security gate never works...i pay my rent on time every month since ive been here and i dont see y i have to pay to live in such a horrible conditions?
