Apartment Reviews for Linden Ridge Apartment Homes
Needs new manager




I moved into the apartments on June 1st and have been having problems with the onsite manager since June 1st. The apartments have pests, more than just roaches, work orders for repairs are ignored, and there is only one garbage unit for the entire complex, meaning that it is ALWAYS over running. The mailboxes are not secure because some keys open other boxes. The onsite manager is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Putting in requests for help from company management go unanswered. Apartments are not wired for cable and having installation done by professionals is not allowed by onsite management. Site policies are not posted, or given to residents but onsite manager likes to run around behind everyone shouting about what is and isn't allowed.
