Only 4000 Characters? I'll be using Every One! Lived here four years now. It has gone to hell in a handbasket. Ambling Corporation does the management now. They don't care. Several emails to them and no response. The pool on the side of the complex where WE live is NASTY. They refuse to cut the grass. Pest control has come into the apartment THREE TIMES without knocking, and one time I was having sex with my girlfriend when they did. I have a dog, and the stuff they spray is toxic to dogs. I've put up photos on my flickr account (not of me having sex, but of the nasty complex). There are people who don't live in the complex who climb over the back fence from ricardo street and use the pools and run the residents out of the pool. The music is so loud we can't take it anymore. We've complained to management. They refuse to do anything about it. Security out here is a JOKE. They hire a security guard to “patrol” between 10PM and 7 AM – but two days of the week they’re not out here, and the other 5, they have an 80 year old man who’s, at best, a hundred pounds, and can’t do anything if someone complained. Good luck getting THEM to answer the phone (It’s API Security, for those who want to know). The access to the complex is completely uncontrolled, unsecured, and unobstructed. Management has made NO attempt to ward off people who aren't residents from using the property and its facilities. These people freely admit they do not live here, and issue challenges to the residences to "try and forcefully remove them". Management has been made aware of this, and to date has made ZERO effort to curb the problem. The Valdosta Police are so tired of us calling that they we’re told REFUSE to dispatch someone out here anymore. They have been called to the scene on NUMEROUS occasions, and are unable to legally enforce the trespass laws without interaction from management. The noise in the complex has become unbearable. Both residents and non-residents alike sit in the parking lot with their trunks open, their speakers thumping, and alcoholic beverages being consumed in full view of children and adults. The music they play is often vulgar, sexual in nature, language-inappropriate and not suitable for public display. Again, the Valdosta Police Department has been called to the scene on NUMEROUS occasions, and is unable to legally enforce the laws without interaction from management. For MONTHS residents like myself in the rear of the complex have voiced complaints to the management and to local law enforcement regarding the residents of apartment Z-5. Management refused to do anything about it, and the police were unable to "Catch them in the act". In the evening hours of May 29, the Valdosta Police Department made FORCED entry with a S.W.A.T team into the apartment and arrested the resident. They shut down a METH LAB! Why was nothing done before it came to this? Trespassers from outside areas come across the fence between buildings, from the rear at Vallotton park, and down the back entrance of the complex. They routinely ride through the complex harassing residents, playing music at loud levels, and leaving trash and drug paraphanalia in their path.? Management has encouraged residents to contact them with concerns…..but the number for the management office is now disconnected! We're told the manager now lives on campus, but we never see her, she's NEVER in her office, and she's NEVER once responded to a complaint. Lowndes county dispatchers are sick and tired of hearing our voice, at times they refuse to dispatch, or it takes multiple calls to get someone dispatched….(last night it took FOUR calls to get someone out there, after repeatedly being told to "Call our management office" and us telling them "we can't, the numbers' disconnected". Oh - here -

Take a look there. That's some photos of this nasty place taken around 2 in the afternoon.... I'm MOVING!!!
