Apartment Review for Hickory Falls

The residents tend to be quiet during the week, but on the weekend, there are some teenagers that loiter in a group. There is the occasional loud radio from some apartments leaving the bass sound coming through the apartment walls and ceiing. They do have ammenities, the apartment was in reasonable shape upon renting, but they do not have light fixtures in most of the rooms. Residents are expected to supply their own light fixtures for bedrooms and the living room. The gate is not secure. Unauthorized visitors without gate access follow cars in after the residents use their gate key. The dumpster tends to stay over filled. There are mice running around the dumpster. There is a policy stating management charges charge $50 for each bag of trash that isn't in the dumpster, but it's frequently so crammed full that residents can't fit in one more bag. So, they will not empty the dumpster often enough, but plan to charge $50 minimum if residents have to use it when it's full. Children spit over the stair rail onto the steps and spit gum on the side walk and stairs. There is frequently litter around the grounds. Neighbors have been in shouting matches on the side walk. <P>
