Review for Huntington Chase Apartments

I have lived here for five months. I never have a problem parking right in front of my apartment. The unit is nice and new-looking compared to many of the other complexes I viewed around here. They just repainted the outside with new colors. I don't hear any loud car stereos as I did in other communities either. One of the things I like about this place is they have pool parties during the summer with cook-outs, music, and sometimes live bands. Only maintenance problems I ever had were [1] the nozzle on the sink was causing the water to spray out in an unintended manner and [2] the battery on the alarm was low, causing it to beep every once in awhile. Both were fixed within about a week of mentioning to the office staff. I do have a neighbor on my bedroom side that tends to play music on the weekends and rarely during the week. It has been annoying a few times, but not seriously worth mentioning to the staff about. At least we have similar tastes in music, hehe. They have a nice referral fee which is usually about $200. I know during this month it was raised to $350 I think. (August) The guy who referred me offered to split it, but it took them a few months to give him the money. I can't think of any other complaints. I know other people complain about problems they've had here, but even those don't seem as bad as some of the problems at other communities. I think this place is actually pretty good. I have enjoyed living here and will probably stay here for awhile.
