Apartment Review for Waiakea Lagoon View Apartments

The Manager is alarmingly unfriendly, the paperwork is confusing and there is an overall feeling of uneasieness when it comes to the owner/manager here. The owner communicates only through written warnings posted on your door (is he passive aggressive?) and is not clear at all with his intentions. <P>
The condition of the apartments is poor: the walls and 'carpet' are in terrible shape and the amount of ants and cockroaches is... well, unpleasent, especially considering that I do keep things as clean as possible. <P>
