Apartment Review for Kalo Terrace

I am living in kalo terrace now and what everyone else is saying except those who lie about the 5star ratings are right. I would not recommend living in any of the hawaiian student suites. I tried pagoda and its sucks. There is no oven, and its expensive for the place they give you. Kalo terrace is better considering it is cheaper, and it is all students; however the place is dirty. They said i couldnt move in until one of the summer kids moved out, and they "cleaned" the place. Upon my arrival to this sh*t hole the place was no where near cleaned. The living room was a disaster, the kitchen was unusable considering the amount of filth and left over food that was all over it. I opened the microwave just to find out that some idiots didnt cover their food when microwaving it, aka it was gross. The bathroom though was by far the worse thing i have ever seen. Im surprised this place doesnt get shut down. 3 weeks after me moving into the mess i had to part of, they are trying to fine me $160.00 for a cleaning fee... Is this some kind of a sick joke. Why am i getting find for a mess i walked into. I had no part of it. Need less to say i told them im not paying for the cleaning fee considering this place was supposed to be cleaned before i moved in. So if I had to choose a place to live in I would go with Campus housing or anything not associated with The hawaiian student suites, because what i hear about the other places is that they are just as bad.
