Review for Kalo Terrace Apartments

To put it simply, I love it here. I have lived on campus at UH (horrible experience) and I also lived in an apartment that was not geared towards students (another horrible experience). Living at Kalo is great, with the advantage of being close to school, food, and fun. Security and the neighborhood are great with a gate to the front of the building and the parking lot, not to mention the cameras. Like all student housing (and non-student housing a like) there are rules but these rules are there to make sure that us STUDENTS can have fun and also do what we are mainly here to do... LEARN. The staff is great and is always there to talk, cruise to the beach, or do anything else that's fun. The pool is a definite bonus and the free BBQs are always great. The apartment looked brand new and when something did break their maintenance staff was on in ASAP. I love it at kalo so much I wish I didn't have to leave after graduation.

I don't know where the last reviewer was living, but it wasn't Kalo Terrace. Kalo Terrace doesn't have any security gate and there are no surveylance cameras. All I can say is anyone thinking about moving there better check it out before they sign up.
