Apartment Review for Kalo Terrace

Hi my name is DJ and I would like to write a very informative review for any one who is thinking about moving into Kalo. I lived in Kalo for one semester, in which I completely lucked out and had 3 of the best roommates any one could ask for. Though this is the only thing that happened to work in my favor living here. From day one our internet did not work AT ALL, my roommates and I had to constantly beg the staff to come fix it and needless to say they ignored us the entire semester. Though this may sound like a small problem o some but most of the homework that a student completes has to be submitted over he internet and most of the research and e-mails from teachers have to be submitted as well. Because we were waiting for the "INTERNET FAIRY" to come visit our apartment the entire semester we instead had to go up to campus every day and night any time we needed to use the internet. Also most with the exception of a select few RA's are helpless individuals who are lazy and want nothing to do to help you. Next off the inside of the rooms are terrible they are completely worn out. Also we told the RA's about a bed bug problem on our coach but i bet that that still to this day has yet to be fixed. Furthermore every time we tried to cook a meal the stove smelled overwhelmingly of natural gas and i expected to be blown up every time we turned it on. Furthermore upon leaving this terrible **** hole i found out that a garenteed 200 dollars of your 500 dollars is deducted by a cleaning fee, and one could still have to pay more than that if every thing is not pristine when you leave. Though i wouldn't mind this fee if in fact they actually cleaned the place once you left. If you are looking at a one bedroom place it'll cost you around 1000 dollars a month my advise is go to the campus dorms or better yet go live in Waikiki, bus passes are now included in tuition. Needless to say all of my roommates and I left to go to Waikiki after this (FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!!!). If you do move to Kalo expect bed bugs, ****** internet, gas leaks, excessive fees, and crappy help when things need to be fixed!!!!!!
