Apartment Review for Kulanaa'O Apartment

This building was originally developed as a student housing, and now they are accepting general public. I just moved in a few weeks ago, because of its covenient location,it is fully furnished, and nice office staff. I soon found out, however, that it is dirty, loud (especially in the middle of night), no house rule enforcement, no security to contact in the middle of night if there is problem - basically a terrible place to live. I am planning to move out as soon as I find another place, even if that means I have to forefit my deposit.
