My family and I recently moved to Piilani Gardens apartments in Kihei and I wanted to take the time to say how thankful I am we made this choice!
The office staff there were so helpful to us, They went out of there way to make sure all of our needs were met and they did it all with a smile on there face. The grounds are so lush and beautiful and clean oh my gosh are they clean! It truely is a wonderful place very family oriented and very safe.
Our appartment is beautiful, spacious and very clean all the appliances work correctly and there are no bugs( and we all know how hard that is to find here on Maui)

I have been here for about 4 months and am pleased with my stay. I will most likely look into extending my lease. The apartments are pretty new, and I like the location. It is close to the beach, local businesses, and a grocery store. The prices are good, in my opinion.
I think the management and ownership are to be commended. If there is a problem, they want to know about it because they really care about what the customer thinks. This is a luxury not to be taken for granted. On at least 3 occasions I ve seen the owner of the complex working in the leasing office, and she is a very pleasant woman to speak with. All of the good things about the complex can be traced back to her commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
The management are friendly, available whenever you need them (they live on site), and good at what they do. The groundskeeping is better than you d find at a lot of apartment complexes and condominiums on the island, and there is no extra cost. The maintenance crew is always prompt in addressing repairs and facilities issues.
It s really pretty hard to point out any negatives about this complex. The only ones I could think of are the fact that they re still in transition to getting advanced TV programming options such as HD programming and DVR (digital video recording) service, and the driers aren t the best in the world (but still cheaper than the local laundromat).
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean, reliable, and safe place to stay for any period of time. You won t be disappointed.

Lived there for 2 years. Very anal people. Landscapers always looking in the windows. Don't expect your deposit back, they take it all no mater what kind of condition you left it in. There are a lot of illegals here. Living across from the shopping center is a nightmare, noise and flood lights all night. The pet policy is very very unfriendly.....they keep 500$ of the deposit.

Love it here would not live any where else. Very nice location across from everything. just love it. Staff is wonderful, always trying to help you out.
