Apartment Review for Hibiscus Hill Apartments

First of all, rent is affordable, however, everything that glitters most definitely isn't gold! I had to learn this the hard way. I am currently living at this place and I count down the day til my husband and I are able to move out! Management is HORRIBLE! If you are looking for managers who are very much involved in your personal business, and not the atatus of the living condition of their tenants, this place would be perfect for you! With the apartment comes 1 parking stall and community washer/dryer in which you have to PAY for and the condition of your clothes is dreadful! The washers do not remove dirt from the clothes and the dryers are way too hot.. your clothes will guaranteed be a whole size smaller once you remove them, even if your cycle isn't complete!! Trust me. As for the parking, if you have a second vehicle prepare to park on the street which is a block over from the housing. The parking lot is tiny and most of us have to back in just to keep from banging someone else's car in. Oh, the managers love to give rules that they do not enforce! There is a "no pet policy" but I have counted atleast 5 different dogs in two different buildings! Locals get the upperhand and the new residents and/or military families get the strict rules and threatened termination contracts! The apartments are small! 2 bedrooms is more like a 1 bedroom with a walk in closet used as a "what they call" a second bedroom. ROACHES!! ANTS!! GECKOS ARE EVERYWHERE!!! Defoggers, sprays and prayer will never get rid of these pests no matter how clean you are! I could go on and on about this place but I think I've made a good enough point! DO NOT LIVE here!!!!!!
