Guess what?.... With that funky attitude, those of us who actually enjoy living here will begin counting down the days that you LEAVE right along with you. Because you're able to spell, I'm almost certain you're fully capable of reading, so if this place is so dreadful why did you sign the lease? It's not like when you came to look at the property they pulled an "old bait & switch" on you. I'm almost certain that when you entered the management office you were told that all the apartments were identical to it. You're allowed to freely look around the management office to get a feel and visual of what the apartments actually look like. And I know that the PM walked you around the property, showed you the 2 parking lots and made you fully aware that is only came with 1 stall. So knowing all of this you still signed the lease? No one forced you to. So don't complain now.
And as far as the parking is concerned personally I reverse my vehicle into the stall just as a preference. It has nothing to do with the size of the stall. And like I said it's not like after you moved in they resized the stalls, so you weren't "duped" into thinking you were getting something that you weren't.
And seriously... You're complaining about the laundry facility. Why do you think the PM showed it to you while you were walking the property? If there is a laundry facility, then clearly there isn't a washer/dryer in the apartment. And who or how did you think your laundry was going to get done. Did you think "Room service" was going to come to pick it up? Or did you not understand when she told you it was coin operated? Think about it. As far as the laundry not getting clean in the washers, maybe you shouldn't stuff so much clothes in one load. And as for drying would you rather the dryers not get hot enough to dry your clothes? And last time I checked there are 3 heat settings for the dryer so you don't necessarily need to use the highest setting nor do you have to wait the entire hour to remove your laundry.
I am a current tenant here and have been for almost 4 years now. I absolutly enjoy living here. The PM is amazing. There has NEVER been a time that I needed to request something or needed to talk to her and nothing got done. If she is not available when I need to speak to or see her, she always responds in a timely manner which I appreciate. She is a very efficienct, proactive, & productive PM. Perfect example... While I was doing laundry, there was clothes that had been sitting in the dryers and I needed to use them. I informed the PM and she walked to the tenants apartment who owned the clothes to let them know that their laundry was done. She does a wonderful job and goes above and beyond for her tenants. Always has a friendly smile, a warm hello, and you are always welcome to stop by her office.
I don't appreciate the negative bashing of Hibiscus Hill Apartments. Maybe you should take the time out to get to know your neighbors and your PM. It seems to me like you're more in everyone's personal business than she is. Seriously.. Counting dogs? Like I said earlier, those of us who enjoy living here and love the PM will be glad to see you go.
