Apartment Review for Oasis At Waipahu

I wish i would have found these reviews a year ago, cause i would never have even wasted my time. 1st its in the GHETTO... i was ok with that at first becausefrom the pictures and first impression this place looks as though it is the only decent place in Waipahu.

the only thing i have to say is they give you 10 min to look around when you do your inspection and rush you out. they real you in with "terminex is on contract" and all their other anemities. they arent worth it or as good as they look... i didnt worry abut the busted old computers in the business center, but the gym is definately un impressive. you cant get in on your own, and it is very diceaving how small it is with the mirrored walls making it look 2-3 times bigger then it is. but lets talk about bugs...
everyone will tell you you are on a tropical island, there are bugs everywhere... not like there are here. i use everything known to man and cant keep the red and black ands 5 different sizes of cockaroach, termitesor flies out of my house. "terminex" insapectors, ha the same guys who come and fix a leak, and you hazve to have them come in 5 times and finally take off work to get them to do it right.

they have a "dog park"that i cannot take my dog in because of the fleas, ticks, and mites infested in the grass, which they only mow or clean like once a month. once you havebeen here you realize this place is just as disgusting as its surroundings. and the way they treat you in the office...
one of the ladies in the office staulked me for 2 months, everyday she would walk past my place 3-4 times stopping only to try and look through my windows. and in the evenings, her husband would walk past and stair into my livingroom 3-4 times, until i talked to the office, and then they stopped pausing, but they still walk slower when they pass.

DONT DO IT... FIND ANOTHER PLACE!
