Review for River Pointe Apartments

I came here because the apartments inside and out looked well maintained and high class. I like to live in peace and quiet and not around smoke. The office staff convinced me that they never had noise complaints from the renters and that the walls were very insulated.

Well, after the first nite, I discovered it was all lies. The walls are so paper thin that you can hear your neighbor do everything--I mean EVERYTHING! Hope you are not shy about hearing other people doing their business in the bathroom, cuz you will hear that too! Not only that, but the management doesnt do anything when you complain about the noise, in fact, they will tell the neighbors that you turned them in!

Then they talk about a high tech office center. LOL, nothing could be farther from the truth. The computers are slower than dial-up, and the printer/fax/copier doesnt work either. Hope you dont mind smoke, because if your neighbors are smokers, it will seep thru into your house from the moment they light up.

I have eavesdropped on the managment office and heard them get serveral noise complaints and then talk crap about the person behind their back. Every time I see someone touring the property, I just want to tell them to run! If you like quiet--do not live here!
