Review for Courtyard Apartments

I lived here for a year now and am moving out do to some creepy things going on with the place and I'm not to happy with them, they lied to me about lost of things like the drug free family friendly area or withheld information like that.(ask lots of questions if you do rent here) the residents are not quit fit for normal. there has already been a suicide and an over dose since I've been here and the cops are here almost every day during the summer and maybe a few times in the winter just two weeks ago a man throw his micro-wave through his window. the Latinos are more favored do to the new office assistant Amanda that is also Latino. if you ask to get something done it will take maybe weeks if not at all unless your favored. I gave a notice to get my back rooms window blinds when I first moved in a year ago and never received them. there is always noise and drunks running around do to the partying from time to time. they also have a scam going on with your 300 dollar deposit, so when you move out they clam all these things that you did to the apartment when you know it was there before so when they ask you to write these things down that's wrong with it, it dose not count for nothing. I know someone who had a maybe six pinholes in his wall so he gave his list of things wrong with the apartment OK... well later he used the same holes to hang his posters well long story short they did a apartment check and told him they now have to redo all the dry wall when really it was not a big deal. I have already been told that there have been a few deaths that happened before I lived here that was another over-dose and when you confront them about things they will try to give you a bad review if you are looking like for a new place to rent like I am.
