We had high hopes for this decently-priced, near-to-campus divided house. We go a poorly maintained hovel. Getting anything fixed took a month of constantly bugging the manager, John, the power bills were through the roof ($330, one month) because there is no insulation (big problem in Northern Idaho!), and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me.
