We love our apartment. They are older, but very well kept overall. Had a problem with the Internet going out one day, but after talking to the Landlord, it was fixed quickly. She even called back the next day to make sure everything was OK. Has some grass for children to run around on. I don't think you can find a better deal for the money in Rexburg.
