Ok...there are 2 major negatives about the complex. First, parking is an issue if you do not have an assigned spot as it is a default free parking area basically for BSU. Second, the walls are really thin so if you have loud neighbors it will annoy you. That said, the apartments are very nice and the perfect size and location for 1-2 students. They are extremely close to campus with the shuttle that takes you anywhere you want to go on campus. Also, the location by the park and river provides great views and readymade scenic walks. I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone that asked.
