Bug and Spider infested "luxury" apartments

When I first lived at the Highland Springs apartments, they were very clean, well-kept apartments with very quiet neighbors. After living at the highland spring apartments for over a year, I constantly had spider and bug problems in my apartment. Every day I would come home and there would be at least 5 spiders and/or bugs in my apartment. I notified the management and they bug bombed my apartment 3 times. The bug bombs did not work. I still constantly had bug and spider problems. I had issues with my kitchen appliances’ and had management come 3 times to fix it and even had the maintenance guy tell me the appliance was broken but the part was not worth the price to buy and fix it. I dealt with the issue and after a few weeks contacted them again and they finally brought me a new kitchen appliance.
The apartments are very old and not worth the price they are charging for the apartments. You’re basically paying for the area and not the apartment. The walls have cracks and holes and the wood in the apartment is cracking and chipped. My bathroom is terrible, I had parts to my toilet missing and had the maintenance guy come and fix it and after a few weeks the bolt to a part was rusting and broke off. It seems like they do the most basic job to fix your apartment and then when you call to have them come fix it again the maintenance guy is rude. Plus, if you borrow a washer and dryer remember that the office has to do “property” checks on your washer and dryer every few months. It’s odd because you have random people come into your apartment and check your washer and dryer even though it’s clearly stated in your lease agreement which washer and dryer you are renting.
I noticed after a year of living at the Highland Springs, many of my neighbors had moved out and my complex was practically vacant. Towards the summer months, I noticed that a specific neighbor was always smoking marijuana outside his balcony. They always smoked and my apartment always smelt like weed. I contacted management about the issue, but noticed that the individual still smoked outside even after I notified the management.
Highland springs are an okay apartment complex, but comes with the issues you face when you live in an apartment complex. I’m sure they are in need of more residents and probably don’t notify residents of complaints that are occurring, since I never saw the individual stop smoking outside his apartment. Good luck if you decide to live here, because the bug and spider problem is still an issue for other residents.
