I moved into the highlands with my fiancee after her living there for 6 months. I rented a home but we decided on the apartment even though it smaller and had no garage because the proprty is so quite. Yes I have noticed a younger crowd but they are always respectfull around me and I see no problem with the propery. I am 30 now and have lived in a few differant aprtment complexes and this is by far "luxery" the appliances are a little old but they work well and if anything goes wrong the staff is very helpfull and always fixes things emmidietly. I love living here.... so do my neighbors. I WOULD recommend the highland springs to anyone!

The neighborhood is realy great, the property is very ridiculously maintained and the only thing bad is that I have to move due to work and can't take the apartment with me. The Property got a new manager at the end of last year and she is great. Always nice and funny. The only thing I don't like about my apartment is that you can hear the water running when your neighbor takes a shower but that is apartment living. I am going to miss this place.

I've lived here for a year in a two bedroom unit. I don't ever call for maintenance, but they seemed pretty good when fixing a few very minor things on move-in. The people here are very quiet, and dogs are not allowed so that also keeps it clean and quiet. The landscape is ridiculously well maintained. The rental terms seemed pretty fair and reasonable.
It is close to lots of hiking trails, and is the most peaceful apartment living I could hope for. Even on weekends it's quiet in and around the complex.
Only issue is that walking on the second/third floor apartments makes a lot of noise for the first/second floor ones. Not stomping, just walking. So please tread lightly if you move in ;)
