Positive Apartment Reviews and Ratings

I lived in the Summit apartments through two different managers. I moved out while the newest one took over (not because of that though, I got a house!)It makes me sad to see people get on here and bash the apartments and management. The previous managers were so great and kept the place looking nice while also making sure it was quiet and peaceful. The did make pet rules more strict but only because people kept letting their animals go wherever and it got the lawn really messy and nasty. I actually know the people who reviewed negatively on here and they ended up getting evicted for breaking the rules and even being violent towards the manager. So don't listen to their reviews, they are just angry because they couldn't get away with tearing the place apart.
The maintenance guy is very prompt in getting things taken care of. The managers are on-site and available by phone 24/7. It's a very family-friendly place, and very inexpensive. The new managers made it so no one can smoke on the property, which is a hassle for some but a blessing to others who don't like to smell that. I wasn't around the new managers long but I do have a friend that still lives there and she says they are nice and friendly.

I actually live in these apartments currently and I have yet to take issue with many of the things stated in the other reviews. I love having a dishwasher and a garbage disposal!! The bedrooms are good sized, two closets in the master, one in the baby's room. My husband and I found them to be clean and family friendly. While there is occasionally some noise, that is to be expected in an apartment complex and it never goes on for very long or exceeds our tolerance level (as in, it doesn't wake the baby). They are fairly priced and very pet friendly.

The apartments are lower priced but very nice. They have dishwashers, garbage disposals, on site laundry facilities, central forced heating and Air. The rooms are spacious too. The Master Bedroom has two closets and can fit a king size bed! The bathroom isn't skimpy either! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The managers are great and prompt with any requests or problems.
