Review for Lakeview Townhomes Apartments

Let me say that we would not recommend Lakeview Townhomes in Aurora to anyone. The entire living experience for us was horrible from top to bottom. For $1200 dollars a month we got little to no help from management for loud neighbors who beat on eachother and get hauled off in a pattywagon(apparently an unlimited strikes and your out policy), a nightly(12-4A.M) professional bobcat snowremoval service(beeping included), top notch shoveling, 3 week garage door repair plan, prompt two day bathroom flood service, luxury of having our hot water tank replaced within two weeks, front row seats to the neighbors home theatre, as well as excuse after excuse for the awful property management. The thin walls are unbearable, but that is no exuse for the office who i would consider careless and lazy. We were told nothing could be done about the bobcat that woke us up everynight. Well, we had to through the police department and enforce the noise ordinence that "property management" was so kind to oblige after two weeks of hassle. For the neighbors getting arrested and hauled off apparently does nothing to further a tenant removel system that entails 3 strikes. Countless complaints to the cops does nothing either. It took two weeks to replace the hot water heater. Boy that was fun. I could go on and on, but i've wasted enough time on this place and I can't waste anymore. We were excellent tenants with no "valid" complaints and we paid our rent promply. Our reward was peace and serenity at the Lakeview Townhomes. Good Luck if you choose this Funhouse.
