Review for Four Lakes Condos Apartments

I have been a loyal tenant at Four Lakes for several years and have had an awful experience since Four Lakes changed managment companies. The fire alarm goes randomly goes off (sometimes up to 5 times a night), I had a mouse in my apartment which took over 2 weeks to remove. The most upsetting occurance has been that my furnace recently broke causing water damage in my unit. I have not had heat for 5 days and it is currently the middle of winter. The office staff has offered nothing to me- no refunds, apologies and has been down right neglegant. They gave me a space heater- which does no good- thats it. I am having to pursue some legal actions about this matter. DO NOT RENT HERE- they only care about money not good tenants. The office staff doesnt not return my calls and offer no answers to my questions- they just want to get yo off the phone. I have had no issues up until now, but the true colors of this company are coming out. Save yourself some hassell and dont rent here.
