Review for Eagle Ridge Apartments

I've never been in such bad aparment complex before. The staff are the worst people in world, they try to get you every way possible. I've been here for two years and during one of the winters the tenant above me had their pipes burst and the water leaked to my apartment as well. The office people claimed that none of this was their responsibility and if anything was damaged it would been my responsibility. Furthermore, I talked the head leasing person Elena above moving well ahead and she convenientyly forgot that we had the conversation and forced me to pay for another month of rent that I'm not even going to be here for. This is all on top of the fights in the parking lot and drug dealers. I seriously have seen more police come by this area than anywhere else I've lived in. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want do drugs or commit crime, because this then would be a perfect place for you.
