At first this apartment looked too good to be true, then we found out it was! Everything from weird people knocking on doors in the middle of the night to neighbors who are up all our of the night being loud. Some people are nice, but the landlord's step sister and her boyfriend who are the onsite contacts are creepy and weird. They will let themselves into your apartment and are not very responsible. There are only a few extra parking spots beyond your one assigned spot and everyone fights for the few extras. The "air conditioning" and heating unit work when they are on, but the landlord is too cheap to turn the cool air on and last summer we spent all of June drenched in sweat. Stay away from this apartment if at all possible, it is worth the extra $20-30 a month to go somewhere nicer!
