So I lived here for 2 years, I gotta say the apartments were big and had good closet space. I rented both a 1 and 2 bedroom apt. from them. I will acknowledge the heat was always lacking in the apt's, but I like it cold so it worked for me. The maint. was always on point 1 visit and done. I took pictures of my apartment on move out and had zero issues. The girl was very nice and the walk through took 10 mins and i got most of my deposit back...my cat kinda likes carpet i guess lol.
Maint people= 5/5
had an issue with my tub clogging up, had a greasy roommate. They fixed it no problems.
leasing agent girl/owner=5/5
Never ever had any Issues with my landlord or the leasing agent. Even when I had roommate issues they were accommodating and very understanding. Veteran Friendly, and over all respectful and nice to me
rent= 5/5
the rent when I was there was 760 and 840 for a 2 bedroom. The 1 bedroom to me were the best value at the apt's. Huge floor plans, lots of closet space, decent carpet(older). kinda a Quirky layout but it worked.\
parking= 4/5
For the most part parking was almost always available accept when you went out weds (bobby's)/thurs nights (burb street). then you'd have to park 2 or 3 buildings away but that's like 250 feet more of a walk.
OK so to be completely fair. these are the Con's to this complex.
The heat is lacking in the winter or is way way to hot. The control on the radiator is there but is basically useless. When the heaters was on it was way to fricken hot for me.
Marist H.S. has football games and well they are a-hole's and shoot them off at 11pm. Because it one side of the street is Chicago and one is Alsip nothing can be done. Alsip can't make them stop and Chicago doesn't care and tells you too bad and next week on Tuesday night BOOM BOOM CRACK BOOM!
The AC units do not cool the entire apt. period you need a lil one for your room. It's just that simple, especially on the 2/3rd floor.
You have to have your carpet professionally cleaned after you move out. I only put this as a con because others may see it that way. Personally i like it because it means my carpet was CLEANED from the last tenant, which to me is important.
Last Con the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom feel like there about the same size. Whether or not thats true I cant say. It's just the feel I got.
I highly Recommend this apartment if your looking for a great spot to rent, close to alot of store's and a good neighborhood. The other tenants are families, professionals and decent people in general. And no I don't work here. And I do live in another state now so it does me no good to talk them up.

I lived here during my senior year of college with 3 other girls. The management was always nice and very accomadating to our needs. Maintenance was always prompt. It was perfect for us. All of us received our complete security deposit back and in a timely manner. The place isn't all new and modern but it's clean and a good, safe place to live.
