They treat you like you're a second class citizen. I literally waited until they've ticked me off for like the tenth time before writing this, so trust me - this is not just a random rant. They don't call you names or anything like that, but they do act like you're insignificant and stupid. Last year they had people on or around our balconies the entire summer, with no updated notice as to the work they were doing (and all they did was some shabby paint work). Actually, they never give notice on anything they're going to ultimately inconvenience you on either. Literally. You'll get a notice maybe one day in advance. They let small kids play in the pools unsupervised and don't care if you bring it to their attention. They'll let you have to deal with ridiculous amounts of noise by neighbors and again hardly say boo. Beware walking the grounds because the maintenance team runs around in their golf carts like they own the place and expect you to get off the walking trail - or bog down the road by pulling up side by side to talk and ignore the backup or hazards to people driving because they'll even do this on road curves. Your rent increases dramatically with each renewal, regardless of anything. Why don't they save themselves the $300 referral incentive and just actually try and make their current tenants happy. At least somewhat happy?
