Review for Alpha Apartments

I have been living in college apartment of one sort or another for about 15 years. In that time I have never lost a dime of my security deposit. In high school I even worked on a crew that cleaned apartments. Alpha Management took 300 dollars off my deposit claiming I had not cleaned the place well enough. The scary part is I think they actually believe they are being reasonable, so they give you a big lecture about responsibility if you complain about it. The apartments are actually OK, but when you calculate the rent, assume they will take every last dime of your deposit.
