Review for Quads Apartments

I lived here in the late 80's, which is admittedly a long time ago. However, based on what I have read here and on other web sites, this place has changed little.

I rented #358, one of the efficiency apartments with a full kitchen. These units tend to attract "low impact" tennants and most seem to be in better condition than the larger apartments.

In general the complex was quiet during the week and rowdy on the weekends, which suited my lifestyle at the time. The pool was somewhat of a joke since it was small and closed early in the fall, opening late in the spring. Might be a happening spot in the summer but I did'nt live there for those months.

A bit high priced, but if you are a sophomore and looking for a small apartment you can have all to yourself, this is about all you have to choose from and it should be okay for a year.
