Review for Hessel On The Park Apartments

In short, 4+ months for some maintenance requests. Subcontractor hired to fix one issue did poor work and need to be fixed again. Office staff does not return messages. Overall management is bad and always has an excuse. The only nice thing has been the maintenance personal when they do stop by. They are great and caring but just to few for the number of units.
